As a mother of four sons , one of them diagnosed as Type 1 diabetic at the age of 2 , made me realised how essential is to have a balance and healthy meal plan,  without craving for sugars , or stoping eating. With all the battles and hurdles I have had raising my sons I would love to being able to educate your families in a practical way. I know we dont have enough time to think about healthy meals and lunch boxes or even think about losing weight having little time to prepare meals in advance.

I dont believe in fast diets or quick fixes , I believe in simple changes that you can make which suit your lifestyle and are sustainable , effective, enjoyable and long-lasting.

I have a holistic approach in the way I work and addresses health goals and concerns by looking your primary food. Spirituality, relationships,career ,exercise and sleep . I will take tape measurements If neccesary and listen to your needs and the changes that need to be made to achieve a balance within your life.

My services are :

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION/ $90 DOLLARS FIRST CONSULTATION

  • Initial consultation: $90 dollars (60 minutes)
  • Follow up: $60 dollars (30 mins)
  • I offer consultations on the phone, messenger or whatsapp

WHAT YOU WILL GET IN THE INITIAL CONSULTATION / 60 MINUTES

In your initial consultation , I will asses your current life style and eating habits. We will discuss previous diet history , exercise, stress level, sleep habits, food preferences and routines , work and life commitments. I will be interested in knowing your blood type so I can work in your new meal plan.

What will you receive from your consultation?

  • A nutrition plan tailored to your personal needs
  • Your personal nutrition plan will include all type of foods , fluids and portion sizes you should be consuming each day.
  • Recommendation of lifestyle factors (if required) as physical exercise, stress management techniques
  • Recipe suggestion to suit your lifestyle and budget, along with food preparation tips
  • Supplement recommendation (if required)

NOTE: Before the Initial consultation I will be sending an email with the health history form and food diary to complete , before to your consultation.


FAMILY CONSULTATION / $ 150 DOLLARS FIRST CONSULTATION

  • Initial consultation: 150 dollars (90 minutes) up to 4 family members
  • Follow up: 80 dollars (30 mins).
  • I offer consultations on the phone, messenger or whatsapp 

WHAT YOU WILL GET IN THE INITIAL CONSULTATION / 60 MINUTES

In your initial consultation , I will asses your current life style and eating habits. We will discuss previous diet history , exercise, stress level, sleep habits, food preferences and routines , work and life commitments. As a group consultation I will take each member of the family in consideration and I will speak to you about the needs and changes that need to be made in your family.

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE FROM YOUR CONSULTATION?

  • A nutrition plan tailored to your personal needs
  • Your personal nutrition plan will include all type of foods , fluids and portion sizes you should be consuming each day, grocery list.
  • Recommendation of lifestyle factors (if required) as physical exercise, stress management techniques
  • Booklet with plant based recipes for a week , with calories and macronutrients information.
  • Supplement recommendation (if required)
  • Visit to your house to improve the content of your fridge , turn it into a healthy family fridge

3 WEEKS WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE (individual)/$ 250 DOLLARS FOR THE THREE WEEKS

  • I will give 60 minutes consultation (in person or via phone, messenger or whatsapp) where we will set our goals , write a nutrition plan , set exercise goals,
  • 3×30 minute follow up appointments to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments. We will make the pertinent appointments in advance to check your progress with pictures from the before and after.
  • 2 × supplements to support gut health and digestion, as well as energy and detoxification.
  • This plans includes : weekly meal plan, allowable food list, healthy recipes, food preparation tips and a visit to your house to check the content of your fridge and make the neccesary adjustments.
